TerMac Construction, Inc. has been approved to complete the construction of the interior build-out for Davita Dialysis in Gulf Shores, AL. The interior tenant finishes will be completed at 3947 Gulf Shores Parkway, Suite 150. This is yet another project for Davita Dialysis in a long line of successful projects for the company. Mel Ulmer will be the project manager of record and construction will begin immediately.
